4.4.4: FEES:
   (A)   Every taxicab service or commercial transportation business shall pay in advance to the city clerk the required fees.
   (B)   At the time of filing an application, the fees shall be paid and is nonrefundable. The fees shall be set from time to time by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 938, 12-17-2015)
