2-1-020: AUTHORITY:

This title is enacted pursuant to the authority in chapter 41 Idaho Building Code Act of title 39 Health And Safety, chapter 13 Plats And Vacations of title 50 Municipal Corporations, and chapter 65 Local Land Use Planning of title 67 State Government And State Affairs, Idaho Code.
