(A) Members of the commission shall receive no compensation. The staff shall keep an accurate record of all proceedings of the commission and shall distribute copies of the minutes of the commission, and other pertinent documents as a record of decisions or recommendations, to the city manager and members of the council and to the Valley County board of commissioners.
(B) The commission shall hold at least one meeting each month on a regular day and at a regular time fixed in its bylaws. Pending adoption of such bylaws by resolution of the commission and approved by resolution of the council, the commission shall hold a meeting on the first Tuesday of each month at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M., unless otherwise noticed and/or there is no business to transact.
