§ 50.03 SCAVENGING PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to collect, obtain, possess or pick up any recyclable item placed for collection at any residence, business or other site within the village unless said person is licensed as the exclusive residential recycling contractor under the provisions of a contract with the village.
