The Zoning Officer is designated and authorized to enforce this chapter. However, it shall also be the duty of all officers, citizens and employees of the village, particularly of all members of the Police and Fire Departments, to assist the Zoning Officer by reporting to him or her any new construction, reconstruction, improved land uses or upon any seeming violation.
