(A) Notice of the provisions of this chapter shall be given to all applicants for a business license in the village.
(B) An employer, owner, lessee, manager, operator or employee of an establishment regulated by this chapter shall inform persons violating this chapter of the appropriate provisions thereof, and request that the violator cease smoking in a prohibited area and, if the person continues to smoke, request that the person leave.
