Other items of reasonable expense specifically not addressed and necessary in the course of conducting village business shall be reimbursed after review and approval by the Village Board. No employee, officer or member of the Village Board shall be reimbursed for any entertainment expense, unless ancillary to the purpose of the program, event or other official business.
