(A) An application for a variation shall be filed with the Village Clerk, who shall forward a copy of same to the Planning and Zoning Board without delay.
(B) The application shall contain such information as the Zoning and Planning Board may from time to time by rule provide. No more than 90 days after the filing of such application, a hearing shall be held on the application. Notice of such hearing shall be published at least once not more than 30 days nor less than 15 days before the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation within the village. The published notice may be supplemented by such additional form of notice as the Board may by rule provide.
