(A) Any establishment, the principal use of which is manufacturing, fabricating, processing, assembling, disassembling, repairing, cleaning, servicing, testing, and storing of materials, products and goods, provided operations conform with the performance standards and other general requirements applicable to an M3 District;
(B) Any use permitted in the M2 District; and
(C) Advertising signs.
