(A) Any use established in the manufacturing districts after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be so operated as to comply with the performance standards governing noise, vibration, smoke and particulate matter, toxic matter, odorous matter, fire and explosive hazards, glare and radiation hazards as set forth in this chapter for the district in which such use shall be located.
(B) Uses already established on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be permitted to be altered, enlarged, expanded or modified, provided that the additions or changes comply with the performance standards.
