No building or structure shall be erected or structurally altered to exceed the following heights:
(A) Single-family detached dwellings and permitted nonresidential buildings and structures; the same regulations shall apply as permitted or required in the R1 District;
(B) Two-family detached dwellings shall not exceed a height of two stories or 35 feet, whichever is lower; and
(C) All other dwelling types, not more than 35 feet.
