§ 155.157 LOT AREA.

   Lot area requirements for the R3 District shall be:

   (A)   Single-family detached dwelling and two-family detached dwelling, not less than 7,000 square feet;

   (B)   Single-family semi-detached dwelling (duplex), not less than 5,000 square feet per dwelling unit;

   (C)   Multiple-family dwelling, as follows:

   (D)   Nonresidential uses, not less than 15,000 square feet unless otherwise specified; and

   (E)   All residential uses permitted in this district shall be served by public water, and sanitary and storm sewer systems.
