§ 155.156 CONDITIONAL PERMITTED USES.

   Conditional permitted uses in the R3 Single-Family Attached and Multiple-Family Residence District shall be:

   (A)   Any of the conditional permitted uses in the R1 District;

   (B)   Boardinghouses and lodging houses on a lot not less than 10,000 square feet in area and not less than 75 feet in width; and

   (C)   Tourist homes having not more than five rooms for transient guests on a lot not less than 10,000 square feet in area and not less than 75 feet in width.
