§ 155.155 PERMITTED USES.

   Permitted uses in R3 Single-Family Attached and Multiple-Family Residence District shall be:

   (A)   Any of the permitted uses in the R1 District;

   (B)   Multiple-family dwellings; provided that the minimum gross area of the development under single ownership is 12,000 square feet;

   (C)   Single-family semi-detached dwellings; and

   (D)   Two-family detached dwellings.
