On land hereafter annexed to the village, no structures shall be erected, enlarged or moved and no change in use of land or existing structures shall be made until an amendment to this chapter designating the zoning district classification of such annexed land is duly adopted by the Village Board; provided that if no such ordinance has been so adopted, the annexed land shall be automatically classified as R1 Single-Family Detached Residence District.
