All fences erected for purposes of providing fencing around recreational facilities, parks or sports parks shall be subject to the following height limitations:
(A) Tennis courts, 12 feet;
(B) Baseball/softball backstops, 16 feet; and
(C) Public swimming pools, eight feet.
