(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any student who violates §§ 132.01 and 132.02 and/or any persons, including but not limited to a person having custody of a student hereunder who violates §§ 132.01 and 132.02, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 and
not more than $750.
(C) Any person who violates §§ 132.15 through 132.17 shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $250 for each offense.
