(A) General prohibition. It shall be unlawful to collect together or be a member of any disorderly crowd, or any crowds gathered together for any unlawful purposes.
(B) Enumeration. The commission by anyone of the following acts shall be unlawful and constitute unlawful assemblage: the collecting in crowds for unlawful purposes, or for any purpose to the annoyance or disturbance of other persons; loitering continuously in public places or being idle or dissolute or going about begging; assembling with two or more persons for the purpose of using force or violence to disturb the public peace; failing to obey a lawful order of dispersal by a person known to be a peace officer where three or more persons are committing acts of disorderly conduct in the immediate vicinity, which acts are likely to cause substantial harm or serious inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to other persons.
