No public display of fireworks shall occur unless a permit is issued by the village. Such permit application shall require at a minimum, a copy of the pyrotechnic operator’s license and proof of an insurance policy with the village and property owners listed as additional insured. The minimum amount of coverage for such a policy shall be $1,000,000.
