§ 114.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREWORKS. Includes any and all devices defined as FIREWORKS under the Fireworks Regulation Act of Illinois (425 ILCS 30 et seq.)
