§ 112.69 SALE OF BUSINESS.
   While a license shall not be transferable as a matter of right, any licensee desiring to sell his or her business and to transfer his or her license may make application in writing for such transfer, accompanied by an application for license by the proposed new owner or owners setting forth all of the information required by § 112.04 and also accompanied by a fee of $100 for such transfer. If the Liquor Control Commissioner finds that the proposed new owner or owners are satisfactory and proper persons to receive a license, the Liquor Control Commissioner may, in his or her discretion, order a transfer of such license.
