§ 112.66 SALE TO INTOXICATED PERSONS; HABITUAL DRUNKARDS.

It is unlawful for the holder of a license to sell, deliver or give any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person known to him or her to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, feeble-minded or distracted person.
