§ 112.47 REVOCATION/SUSPENSION.

The Liquor Control Commissioner may revoke or suspend up to 30 days any license issued pursuant to this chapter if he or she determines that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or of the Liquor Control Act (Ill. Rev. Stat., Chapter 43).
