§ 112.03 LIQUOR COMMISSION.

The President of the Village Board of Trustees shall be the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, and as such Commissioner, he or she shall appoint two members of the Village Board of Trustees as Assistant Liquor Control Commissioners and members of the Liquor Commission. Said appointments shall be made annually on May 1 of each year. The Liquor Control Commissioner and the Assistant Liquor Control Commissioners shall receive annual salaries of $150 and $125, respectively.
