Any permit shall be revoked by the President, Police Chief or authorized agent of either, if the holder of the permit violates any of the provisions of this chapter or has made a false material statement in the application or ceases to possess the character and qualifications required by this chapter for the issuance of the permit under the terms of this chapter.
