§ 111.07 FRAUD; PERMIT REVOCATION.
   Any licensed solicitor who is guilty of fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, whether through himself, herself or through an employee, while acting as a solicitor in the village or who solicits any goods, wares or merchandise other than those specified in his or her application for a permit, shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of this code, and the President, Police Chief or authorized agent of either, may revoke his or her permit.
