(A) There shall be two types of permits:
(1) A 12-day permit; and
(2) An annual permit.
(B) A fee of $10 per solicitor shall be charged and paid in advance for each 12-day permit before a license shall issue. A 12-day license shall expire at 5:00 p.m. on the twelfth day after issuance.
(C) A fee of $25 per year per solicitor shall be charged and paid in advance before an annual permit shall issue. An annual permit shall expire at 5:00 p.m. 365 days after the date of issuance.
