§ 30.18 VILLAGE COLLECTOR.
   (A)   A Village Collector for the village is hereby appointed pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-120.
   (B)   The Collector will be required to receive the payments for the municipal water services and from any other source.
   (C)   The Collector shall pay the Village Treasurer all money collected once a week.
   (D)   The Collector will be required to take from the Treasurer a receipt in duplicate for all money deposited with the Treasurer.
   (E)   The Collector will be required to deposit the Treasurer’s receipt with the Village Clerk upon receipt from Treasurer.
