§ 111.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in soliciting from persons in residences within the village without having first obtained a permit therefor. RESIDENCE means and includes every separate living unit occupied for residential purposes contained within any type of building or structure.
