(A) No business license may be assigned, sold, loaned, transferred, used as collateral or otherwise encumbered.
(B) The location of any licensed business may be changed, provided ten days’ notice thereof is given to the Village Clerk and in the absence of any provisions to the contrary. However, the business premises must comply with the provisions of the Building Code, zoning ordinance and other applicable ordinances and regulations of the village.
