§ 30.03 PUBLIC RECORDS; FEES.

(A) Upon the effective date of this section, there shall be a fee charged for the reproduction of all documents and records requested of the village pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, being 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.

(B) In addition to the above, an additional sum shall be charged for the copying and reproduction of any documents requested pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act request.
