§ 91.02 LAWFUL BURNING.

(A) Notwithstanding any other provisions to the contrary, it is lawful to burn wood and dry leaves daily on private property between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

(B) Burning leaves on concrete or blacktop roadways is prohibited at all times.
