§ 91.01 PROHIBITION.

It is unlawful to burn garbage or rubbish within the corporate limits of the village at any time. GARBAGE OR RUBBISH shall include but shall not be limited to paper, cardboard, rags, plastic, rubber, leather, tar paper, old batteries, wet or green leaves, weeds or grass or any materials which emit an offensive odor or create heavy smoke when burned.
