The village hereby adopts the regulations contained in the Grundy County Animal Control ordinance, as amended from time to time, regarding the determination of whether a dog should be classified as a “dangerous animal” or a “vicious animal.” Remedies and penalties for animals determined to fall under one of these classifications shall be consistent with the Grundy County Animal Control ordinance.
