§ 90.07 AUTHORITY TO DESTROY ANIMALS.

Any member of the Village Police Department, Grundy County Sheriff’s Department or Grundy County Animal Control is hereby authorized to kill any dangerous animal when it is necessary for the protection of persons, other animals or property.
