(A) Whereas, the Village Board has taken, or caused to be taken, certain acts, deeds or instituted certain directives in the past; the Village Board wishes to confirm, approve and ratify any and all such acts, deeds or directives performed prior to the adoption of this section.
(B) All prior acts, deeds or other directives taken, or caused to be taken, by the Village Board, specifically including all motions, resolutions, ordinances or other actions taken, or caused to be taken by the Village Board, prior to the effective date of this section are hereby confirmed, approved and ratified in all respects.
