No person shall operate a golf cart without obtaining an inspection and registration from the village, as provided herein. The village shall perform an annual inspection and shall charge a registration fee with a cost of $25 per year, per golf cart. The village will issue a registration number to be displayed on each side of the vehicle. It shall be the responsibility of the vehicle owner to display the registration in black and reflective numbers, four inches high and two inches wide.
