§ 74.03 EQUIPMENT.

   All golf carts within the village must be equipped with the following:

   (A)   Working brakes;

   (B)   Steering apparatus;

   (C)   Properly inflated and functional tires;

   (D)   An operating rear-view mirror;

   (E)   Red reflectorized warning devices in the front and rear of the vehicle;

   (F)   A slow moving emblem on the rear of the vehicle;

   (G)   A headlight that emits a white light that is visible from a distance of 500 feet from the front of the vehicle;

   (H)   A tail lamp that emits a red light visible from at least 100 feet from the rear of the vehicle; and

   (I)   Headlights and tail lamps must be lighted at all times when on a village street.

   (J)   Turn signals.

   (K)   Break lights.
