§ 72.33 ENFORCEMENT.
   This subchapter shall be enforceable through the provisions of Act 5, § 11-1303 of the State Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/11-1303), and shall be prosecuted as a state offense pursuant thereto rather than an ordinance violation of the village.
