The recitals to Ordinance 2005-8 are hereby deemed to be the findings of the Village Board, and are hereby restated, re-alleged and incorporated into the body of this subchapter as follows:
(A) The Village Board has deemed it reasonable and necessary to regulate the parking of specified vehicles on the public right-of-way and within Mazon Commercial Park;
(B) The village is authorized to regulate the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles within the corporate limits of the village pursuant to and in accordance with the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-1-1 and 5/11-80-2) and State Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/, 5/11-1303); and
(C) Regulating the parking as set forth herein shall promote the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the village.
