§ 71.04 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Subject to §§ 70.03 and 71.15, the driver of a vehicle shall give the right-of-way to the driver of a vehicle approaching along an intersecting street from the right and shall have the right-of-way over those approaching from the left.
