§ 70.07 ANIMALS OR BICYCLES.

Every person riding a bicycle or an animal or driving any animal drawing a vehicle upon any street shall be subject to the provisions of this subchapter applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions which can have no application to one riding a bicycle or driving or riding an animal.
