§ 70.02 CLASSIFICATION OF VEHICLES.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, motor vehicles shall be divided into two divisions: first, vehicles which are designed for the carrying of not more than seven passengers; and second, those vehicles which are designed and used for pulling or carrying freight and also vehicles designed and used for carrying more than seven persons.
