All piping for footing tiles and basement sumps shall be laid on a uniform grade with a minimum slope of one-quarter inch per foot with a minimum depth of cover of three feet. The pipe diameter, fixtures and other infrastructure improvements shall be determined and made in accordance with the opinions and recommendations of the Village Engineer, depending upon the use of the subject property. Any such drainage structures shall be furnished with a cleanout at its terminus.
