(A) Beginning on the last Sunday in April in each year and continuing to the last Sunday in September, the official time of the village shall be Central Daylight Savings Time.
(B) CENTRAL STANDARD TIME
is hereby defined to be the time heretofore established in the Central Zone of the United States in which said village is located.
CENTRAL DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME
is hereby defined as one hour later than Central Standard Time.
(C) All offices and public works of the village shall operate on Central Daylight Savings Time at all times during the period mentioned in division (A) above, and shall operate on Central Standard Time during the balance of each year.
