§ 51.031 DESIGN TO BE FILED WITH PRELIMINARY PLAT OR SITE PLAN.

Comprehensive design documents, computations and other applicable data, documents or other information for storm sewer systems for onsite and offsite drainage shall be presented with the filing of the preliminary plat or site plan as presented for approval.
