§ 34.13 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.

In the event any respondent fails to comply with any order issued by the Village Manager or issued by the Commission on Community Relations, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the Village Manager or Commission may recommend to the Village Board that the Village Attorney be directed to bring suit for an injunction to enjoin violation of this chapter.
