§ 131.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ARREST. To place a person under actual or constructive restraint or to take a person into custody for the purpose of charging that person with an offense.
   ESSENTIAL NEEDS. Food, physical care, and medical attention.
   PROSTITUTION, SOLICITATION OF A SEXUAL ACT, SOLICITING FOR A PROSTITUTE, PANDERING, SOLICITING FOR A JUVENILE PROSTITUTE, PANDERING,PATRONIZING A PROSTITUTE, and PATRONIZING A JUVENILE PROSTITUTE. These terms shall have the same meanings given them in the Illinois Criminal Code of 1961, as amended.
   PROSTITUTION-FREE ZONES. As defined in § 131.04.
   PUBLIC PLACE. Any street, sidewalk, bridge, alley or alleyway, plaza, park, driveway, parking lot or transportation facility or the doorways and entrance ways to any building which fronts on any of the aforesaid places, or a motor vehicle in or on any such place, or any other public way.
   TRAVEL. The movement on foot or within or upon a vehicle within a prostitution-free zone from one point to another without delay other than to obey traffic control devices.
