§ 34.11 PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE VILLAGE, VILLAGE DEPARTMENT, VILLAGE OFFICIAL AND EMPLOYEES.
   Any person claiming to be aggrieved by a discriminatory practice prohibited by § 34.02, allegedly committed by the Village, any Village department, any Village official or any Village employee, may make, sign and file with the Commission on Community Relations a complaint in writing, which shall state the name and address of the person or entity alleged to have committed the discriminatory practice and which shall set forth the particulars thereof and contain such other information as may be required by the Commission. Such complaints shall be filed within 60 days after the alleged discriminatory practice is committed.
