§ 34.07 PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING COMPLAINTS.
   Any person claiming to be aggrieved by a discriminatory practice prohibited by § 34.02, other than a discriminatory practice by the Village, any department of the Village, or any Village official or employee, may make, sign and file with the office of the Village Manager a complaint in writing, which shall state the name and discriminatory practice and which shall set forth the particulars thereof and contain such other information as may be required under rules established by the office of the Village Manager. Such complaints shall be filed within 60 days after the alleged discriminatory practice is committed.
